Origins and Routes is the creative practice of artist Ali Amaro. Her work explores themes of heritage, identity, pattern, and connection.
Ali holds a BFA in Jewelry/Metal Arts from the California College of the Arts (2013). Her origins are in New Mexico and the Italy-Slovenia border region, and her routes include Brazil, Mozambique, and most recently the San Francisco Bay Area.
Currently Ali works with clients on heirloom repurposing projects, custom jewelry design, and painting commissions. She also produces several limited-edition jewelry collections each year and shows her work at select events. Inquire about availability here:
